BDry Alabama has an immediate opening for an experienced Foundation Repair Specialist.
Essential Functions & Industry Knowledge:
- Exterior excavation around foundation
- Installation of helical piers and tie-backs
- Installation of carbon fiber and bracketing system
- Installation of steel wall braces and H-braces
- Installation of crawlspace stabilizer/supports
- Oversee the daily construction activities of the work site and responsible for the overall progress of the project.
- An understanding of torque and monitoring equipment
- Understanding or knowledge of reading plans/blueprints and engineering reports
- Knowledge of foundation lifting
- Construction experience, preferably a minimum of two years
- Waterproofing and encapsulation experience is preferred
Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Possess a valid Drivers’s License and with strong driving record
- Experience using power tools and equipment
- Communicate well with customers
- Must have reliable transportation to the office daily
